YOU CONSENT TO THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE COURTS LOCATED IN DALLAS, TEXAS.

Restriction of Access; Termination Notwithstanding any of these terms and conditions, LayerX reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your rights to access and/or use the Website and to block or prevent future access to and use of the Website.
