layerX Releases Industry’s First Real-time Voice Quality Management Solution for Nortel VoIP Environments Technologies announces convergence between security and VoIP management platforms, creating a truly unified management platform.
Coppell, TX – April 18, 2008 -- layerX Technologies, a pioneer in delivering real-time security, systems, and process management solutions today announced the industry’s first real-time voice quality management solution for Nortel VoIP environments.
The solution, available as an optional module within the Arbitrator unified enterprise management platform, allows clients to monitor and test real-time call quality metrics for Nortel VoIP environments and ships with a comprehensive suite of automated remediation tools to help administrators quickly identify and remediate call quality issues within their network.

The Voice Quality Management (VQM) module adds to Arbitrator’s™ already powerful suite of enterprise threat management, security policy enforcement, and contact center management solutions.
