announced CARE, the industry’s first real-time
application monitoring and resiliency solution for
Nortel Contact Center environments. The CARE
solution, a joint collaboration between layerX and
Shared Technologies, provides customers real-time
visibility to the performance, utilization, and
availability of their Nortel Contact Center Suite,
and allows them to enable automated procedures that
can detect and recover a single failed CCS service or
an entire set of failed CCS services including other
dependent services.
