The layerX tunneling feature allows you to connect to remote systems via secure TLS tunnel for remote control of client systems. With our tunneling capability technicians can access and manage systems from our intuitive web based interface.

Remote control capabilities extend the reach of service providers to put out fires quickly, without even leaving the alarm view. Our tunnel is built using TLS technology allowing information to travel bi-directionally for the gathering of information or the execution of remediation scripts.

Complete management of systems through pre-configured scripts allows for automation of diagnostic and problem remediation actions. Connect to a remote device to take remediation actions such as system restart, or for diagnostics and information gathering such as CPU usage or other necessary information. Actions performed are logged and searchable via the event index.
