prism's state of the art card style alert view allows you to filter and view alerts by physical location, by alert level, or by client, and allows you to effectively manage several complex networks through one streamlined interface. Each client may be sorted into simplified alert groups, allowing for quick status assessments of an entire client network. Friendly drill-down methods allow you to view problem-causing assets clearly and resolve issues with just a few clicks.
Alert details including specific details relating to problem causing assets are easy to access through the details pop-up panel, making root-cause analysis and alarm management painless. Integrated data search allows you to locate any bit of information, adding to the ease of solving complex issues. Simple drill-down workflows make root cause analysis and alert dispositioning simple. Bulk dispositioning options make it easy to dismiss an entire group of alerts without tedious repetition.
Go from a critical alert on the dashboard, to analysis, to remediation in just a few clicks. It's just that simple. Our comprehensive drill-down workflows allow you to locate, analyze and remediate faster; which means a more efficient environment for everyone. Additionally for service providers, we offer the ability to securely access remote client systems- allowing you to put out fires, or run diagnostic tests right from the NOC. Our secure diagnostics & remediation tool allows a sort of "remote-control" for client systems, allowing you to do more while saving precious resources.

prism's intuitive alert journaling feature makes it easy to take notes on alerts, such as what was done to stop the problem. Alert Journals are viewable by anyone who has access to the particular alert, and can be added upon at any time. This feature is particularly useful for alerts that go unsolved through shift change; when the alarm is re-assigned it retains alert journals & therefore pertinent findings associated with the alert.
prism's role based user management allows service providers to set specific technicians up to view specific alerts, or clients- keeping them focused on the problems that matter to them, without being bogged down with unnecessary information. Additionally prism's service provider alarm management console allows for alarm re-assignment for times when shift change occurs during critical problem analysis & remediation. SLA's will no longer be missed because of confusion during shift changes!
